Krystal Family Clinic, LLC., was founded by a  Nurse Practitioner who felt the need for a family practice clinic in the community, one that would serve a wide variety of patients' medical needs. 

We strive to meet the specific needs of individual client/patients. We also try to minimize hospital admissions through early interventions. Krystal Family Clinic is focused on providing high-quality health care and customer satisfaction.  

We offer physicals, wellness checkups, preventative care, treat acute illnesses, manage chronic diseases for the whole family; from infant care to geriatrics.

Dr. Keyna Omenukor is a certified family nurse practitioner. She has over four years of experience in family practice and urgent care. She has worked as a nurse in various specialties for more than 32 years in various positions including healthcare executive, management and consultant. 

Dr. Omenukor holds a doctoral and Master of Science degree in Nursing from Walden University, Minnesota  2018/2015 respectively, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Dundee, Scotland in 2012, Renal Nursing Certificate with Nursing and Midwifery Council-England in September 1991.

Dr. Omenukor began her nursing career in Nigeria after graduating from the School of Nursing, Queen Elizabeth hospital Umuahia in 1985 and in 1986 moved to Australia where she worked as a nurse at the Royal Canberra Hospital from 1986 to 1989. She later proceeded to London where she garnered more years of experience at St Thomas’ Hospital, London, UK before coming to the United States where she worked at Parkland Hospital.

Having been privileged to practice nursing in four continents Africa, Asia, Europe, and the United States in various specialties with its attendant experience and knowledge, it is hardly surprising that she has become a mentor to her colleagues as well as a consultant to those opening new home health agencies and clinic.​

She is the Founder/Chief Executive of David Omenukor Foundation, a nonprofit making organization dedicated to the eradication of colorectal cancer in the society. She volunteers in many organizations, community activities, and churches.​

Keyna belongs to many professional bodies including, America Association of Nurse Practitioners, America Nurses Association, Black Business, and Professional Association, Texas Nurses Association, Texas Nurse Practitioners Association, Nigeria Nurses Association, Nigerian Nurse Practitioners Association DFW, and Sigma Theta Tau International to mention but a few.
